We act as an intermediary to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not own, create, sell, or purchase any listings ourselves unless explicitly stated.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Attempting to circumvent our security measures

6. Transactions

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TNA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
